Andrea Anderson, APRN, FNP-C

Ritual's Founder

Andrea is a dedicated, board-certified family nurse practitioner and accomplished aesthetic provider with over a decade of healthcare experience. She is known for her compassionate approach and meticulous attention to detail. She earned her MSN, FNP-C from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, and proudly hails from Reno, Nevada. Previously, she worked as an orthopedic nurse at a prominent local hospital, later transitioning to surgical services before pursuing medical aesthetics in 2019.

Her passion for medical aesthetics has led her to seek specialized training across the United States under the guidance of many leading industry experts. With countless hours dedicated to mastering her craft, Andrea is celebrated for her ability to achieve subtle yet impactful transformations, always striving for natural results.

Driven by her unwavering dedication to continuous improvement, Andrea founded Ritual Aesthetics and Wellness with a bold mission: to redefine graceful aging through a holistic approach to health and wellness. She believes in the power of personalized nutritional guidance and embraces holistic practices encompassing mental, physical, and beauty rituals. The ultimate goal of her work is to empower others to look and feel their absolute best.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Andrea finds joy in the splendor of nature, whether hiking, mountain biking, or soaking in the beauty of Lake Tahoe; she cherishes opportunities to travel and create lasting memories with her husband and two adored sons.

TRAVIS

Travis Anderson, MD, MBA, FACEP

CFO/COO

Dr. Anderson is an established healthcare professional and leader.  Spending most of his adult life in Reno-Tahoe, he has cultivated a reputation for impactful leadership and success in medicine and business.  As a graduate of the University of Nevada, he pursued his Medical Doctorate and Master of Business Administration degrees there as well.  After this, he completed his emergency medicine residency at UC Davis.  His devotion to servant leadership and interest in business led to roles as System Medical Director for all five Emergency Departments under the Northern Nevada Health System and the Chair of Medicine for Sierra Medical Center. Dr. Anderson provides his wealth of experience and profound understanding of the health-business landscape to nurturing Ritual Aesthetics and Wellness, where his expertise serves as a cornerstone for prosperity and innovation.

Katie Dolan, APRN, FNP-C

Wellness Director, Aesthetic Provider

Katie Dolan is a dedicated, board-certified family nurse practitioner passionate about holistic wellness. Her journey in healthcare began in the busy telemetry unit of a prominent local hospital, where she gained invaluable experience but recognized the limitations of traditional, modern healthcare. Motivated to provide more comprehensive care, Katie pursued advanced studies. She became a nurse practitioner, embracing an integrative approach to treating patients’ concerns.

With a foundation in traditional Western medicine, Katie combines her expertise with a holistic perspective, focusing on the whole person to optimize health and well-being. She is deeply committed to continuing education in integrative medicine. She has trained with some of the top functional medicine providers in the United States, further enhancing her ability to offer comprehensive and personalized care.

As Ritual’s Wellness Director and Aesthetic Provider, Katie guides her patients toward balanced living through personalized care plans encompassing wellness’s physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects.

Katie enjoys spending time with her family and animals outside of her professional endeavors. An avid horseback rider, she cherishes her days at the barn, connecting with nature and her equine companions. Additionally, she delights in the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe, where she enjoys skiing in the winter and being on the water during the summer months.

Katie’s husband and son are central to her life, providing love, support, and cherished moments of togetherness that enrich her holistic living journey.

Riley, APRN, FNP-C

Aesthetic Injector | Wellness Practitioner

Riley Henderson is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of diverse healthcare experience and a deep passion for helping patients look and feel their best. Her medical journey began at just 16 years old, volunteering in hospital setting – a reflection of her lifelong dedication to care and compassion. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2014, Riley went on to serve in oncology, gastroenterology, infusion therapy, and family medicine, gaining a broad foundation of clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Riley’s transition into aesthetics began in 2022, where her eye for detail, commitment to continuing education, and desire for excellence quickly set her apart. Patients trust Riley not only for her advanced skill and precision as an injector but also for her genuine warmth, empathy, and holistic approach to wellness. She believes true beauty begins with balance – blending science, artistry, and lifestyle to help her clients achieve natural, confident results.

When she’s not caring for patients, Riley finds renewal in nature, often exploring the mountains or enjoying lake days with her husband and two sons. Her personal philosophy – rooted in movement, sunlight, nourishment, and peace – shapes her professional mission: to help others feel vibrant, confident, and authentically themselves.

Taelour, RN, BSN

Aesthetic Injector, Wellness Provider

Taelour is a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse with over five years of experience in healthcare and nearly four years of experience specializing in aesthetic medicine. A proud University of Nevada, Reno graduate, she combines her academic foundation with hands-on expertise to deliver exceptional care and transformative results.
 
With proficiency in injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), skin rejuvenation, laser therapies, and medical-grade skincare, Taelour brings a personalized and artistic approach to every treatment. Her deep understanding of facial anatomy and attention to detail allows her to create customized treatment plans that enhance her clients’ natural beauty while boosting their confidence.
 
Known for her warm and approachable demeanor, Taelour prioritizes patient education and comfort throughout the aesthetic journey. She continually refines her skills through advanced training and professional development, staying at the forefront of the ever-evolving aesthetic industry.
 
As a proud Reno native, Taelour is inspired by the beauty of her hometown. When she’s not helping clients look and feel their best, she enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and making lasting memories with her husband Kenney, their puppies Walker and Waylon, and her cherished friends and family.

Meet Jess, a registered nurse originally from the Reno area. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, including a significant tenure as an ER nurse, Jess is deeply passionate about whole-body wellness. Her special interests lie in the gut-brain axis, nutrition, and hormonal balancing for women.

Outside of nursing, Jess immerses herself in Latin dance, vigorous exercise, and the joys of cooking, all while cherishing quality time with her family and friends. Always looking for fresh opportunities for personal and professional growth, Jess eagerly embraces new challenges and plans to pursue her Family Nurse Practitioner certification. Jess looks forward to meeting you and collaborating on a health and beauty plan tailored to your lifestyle, perfectly balanced for your unique needs.

Nichole

Advanced Aesthetician

Nichole is a dedicated professional driven by her passion for aesthetics and unwavering family commitment. Graduating from the University of Nevada Reno in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in information systems, Nichole honed her skills in the IT field as a database programmer/analyst for Hewlett-Packard. Her keen attention to detail, exceptional customer support, and adept time management skills seamlessly transition into her current aesthetic journey.

Despite her success in IT, Nichole’s heart led her in a different direction. Fueled by her fascination with health and beauty, she embraced motherhood as a stay-at-home mom for seven years while establishing herself as a respected social media content creator in makeup and mental/gut health spheres. Now driven by her dream of becoming an esthetician, Nichole eagerly embarks on an advanced esthetician program starting in August 2024, aligning with her children’s full-time schooling.

In addition to her studies, Nichole brings her passion for aesthetics and expertise as an aesthetic assistant and guest services specialist to the forefront. She excels in providing exceptional support at the front desk and seamlessly assists her team in various capacities as needed.

Nichole’s dedication to aesthetics knows no bounds. With a genuine commitment to mastering both innovative and time-tested techniques, she is poised to enhance the client experience. Originally from Truckee, CA, Nichole deeply cherishes her roots in the Reno/Tahoe area. Adventures outdoors, such as hiking, camping, and relaxing on sunny beaches, are precious moments she shares with her beloved family. Family is unique in Nichole’s heart, and she treasures every moment spent with her husband and children.

Elle is the digital storyteller behind Ritual Aesthetics and Wellness’ social media presence. As the Social Media Marketing Coordinator and content creator, she crafts engaging campaigns, captures behind-the-scenes moments with clients, and brings the Ritual brand to life across multiple platforms. Elle blends creativity with strategy to make every post feel thoughtful, aspirational, and authentic.
 
Currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the University of Nevada, Reno (graduating Spring 2026), Elle is passionate about connecting with audiences and creating content that resonates. She thrives in spaces that encourage collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
 
What Elle loves most about working at Ritual is being surrounded by a team of inspiring, empowering women. The welcoming and uplifting energy of the spa fuels her creativity while allowing her to grow both professionally and personally. She is motivated by Ritual’s mission to enhance natural beauty and help patients feel confident in their skin.
 
When she’s not creating content at Ritual, Elle enjoys cooking, crafting, and exploring her creativity. She treasures time with her parents, brother, and sister, and is a proud cat mom to her kitty, Jack.
