Patient Care Coordinators

At Ritual, our Patient Care Coordinators serve as the initial and final touchpoint for our patients. They play a crucial role in warmly welcoming patients, handling phone calls and emails, arranging appointments, responding to inquiries, overseeing patient documentation, consents, payments, and upholding an immaculate and orderly setting to guarantee that every patient encounter at Ritual is friendly, professional, and customized. The individual in this position must deliver outstanding customer service and exhibit a unwavering commitment to facilitating a smooth and personalized patient experience.

Medical Assistants

A Ritual our medical assistants play a crucial role in supporting our practice by providing administrative and clinical assistance to our nurses and nurse practitioners. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, preparing treatment rooms with appropriate supplies and equipment, assisting with cosmetic procedures, cleaning and disinfecting rooms between patients, managing inventory, coordinating appointments, and ensuring that Ritual maintains a welcoming and organized environment.
